System Analyst (Integration) in AURORA

Schedule with partial business trips to the city of Poltava.

Your key tasks:

• Write detailed specifications/TOR: scope, scenarios, business rules, exceptions, acceptance criteria.
• Describe integration scenarios (not only API): what/when/where to transfer, field mapping, validations, errors, reprocessing, duplicate control.
• Describe data models and status processes: entities/relations (logical), status transitions, roles and responsibilities.
• Do SQL checks for before/after reconciliations and root causes of discrepancies.
• Communication with dev/QA: logic clarification, testing/UAT support, incident resolution.

It will be great for us to work together if you:

• Have practical experience in Business Analyst / System Analyst / QA roles with a focus on analytics and real cases in projects.
• Able to describe requirements clearly and structured: user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria.
• Have a basic understanding of integrations and API (REST/JSON; SOAP will be an advantage) and worked with Postman at a basic level.
• You have SQL at the level of writing queries for analytical checks (SELECT, JOIN, aggregate functions).
• You are oriented in BPMN or UML notations (sequence diagrams, use case diagrams) and have a basic understanding of ERD.
• You have experience with Jira and Confluence, and you are also confident in using Excel and process visualization tools (Visio, draw.io or similar).

It will be an added advantage if you:

• Have domain experience in IT, warehouse logistics, retail or have worked/worked with WMS systems / ERP.
• Worked with large directories, status models, data import processes and data quality control.
