Main duties: Gathering requirements from business customers, formalizing and decomposing requirements. Organization of working meetings with business customers, contractors and other involved parties. - of cases, instructions and support in an up-to-date state Functionality testing within the framework of implemented projects - smoke, custom, regression, integration, loading, etc. Participation in all stages of CRM system development Organization and training of CRM system users Support for technical issues of the pilot stage of the project and research and industrial operation Participation in the assembly of the product development plan and the selection of the action strategy. The successful candidate meets the following requirements: Higher education (priority - mathematics, engineering, faculty of cybernetics, economics) Special programs on business analysis, network administration, operating systems, information systems - will be an advantage English - at least intermediate Previous work experience: Mandatory: business analyst, system analyst, analysts, R&D engineers, architect of business solutions in the information system.
