System Analyst card functionality in CS

Ukrainian product and service IT company CS is looking for a System analyst to work with card functionality !

Skills and experience:

• Experience as a systems or business analyst from 2-3 years in fintech/banks/processing;
• Understanding card products: debit, credit, virtual, prepaid;
• Experience with ISO 8583, REST API, SOAP, understanding of integration principles;
• Knowledge of Internet banking and product logic (P2P, loans, deposits);
• SQL proficiency (ability to create queries for data verification);
• Skills for describing business processes;
• Understanding NBU regulatory requirements, PCI DSS;
• Experience writing technical documentation (Confluence);
• Ability to convey complex technical details in simple language;
• Analytical mindset, attention to details.

Will be a plus:

• Experience of working with processing centers (Way4, SmartVista, Tranzware, TIETO);
• Experience of integration with Visa/Mastercard API;
• Knowledge of English to read documentation.

Duties:

1. Analysis and collection of requirements

• Interaction with customer banks (processing centers, customers' own solutions);
• Collection, formalization and detailing of business requirements for card products (debit, credit, virtual cards).

2. Design of integrations

• Development of specifications for integration with card processing, core-banking systems, billing services;
• Description of API interfaces, message formats (ISO 8583, REST/JSON, SOAP/XML);
• Development of authorization, emission, replenishment, blocking and closing logic; cards, reissue of cards, service operations with cards.

3. Documentation

• Preparation of functional, non-functional and integration requirements;
• Modeling and creation of diagrams (business processes, ER diagrams, sequence diagram);
• Preparation of technical tasks for developers and testers.

4. Development support

• Consultation of the development and testing team according to requirements;
• Participation in API testing and banking scenarios (integration tests);
• Interaction with partners;
• Working with payment systems and external providers;
• Preparation of integrtechnical specifications and coordination with external vendors.
