System Analyst in EZdorovya

eZdorovya is an IT company responsible for the development and implementation of the largest projects in Ukraine from the electronic healthcare system eHealth - medical reform.

The key task of eZdorovya is to build a stable electronic healthcare system and create conditions for the development of a free and competitive market of IT services in medicine, to ensure interaction with the central database of eHealth. System Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design and implement information systems.
• Identify and analyze system problems that arise during interactions with customers, evaluate procedures and processes.
• Develop solutions to solve problems by considering and evaluating alternative options during the work process.
• Implement developed solutions by preparing specifications and coordinating them with programmers.
• Confirm application test results and ensure compliance with new technical requirements.
• Plan system flow from scratch and write technical requirements.
• Interact with software architect, provide assisting programmers during system development.

Skills required

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics or engineering.
• Experience in SQL/no-SQL database administration will be a plus.
• Experience with backend and REST API development.
• Familiarity with various programming languages, operating systems and computer hardware platforms.
• Understanding TCP/IP protocol suite, security architecture, provisioning and hardening of operating systems, networks and databases.
• Knowledge of the incident response and cybersecurity lifecycle.
• Understanding the threats, attack vectors and vulnerabilities used by intruders.
• Knowledge of the English language at a level that allows you to read technical documentation and descriptions of business processes.
