Today, LIGA360 IT platform product solutions are used by more than 160,000 users of various levels, as well as partner projects, in which LIGA ZAKON solutions are integrated, this number is about 360,000 various specialists, including almost all executive and judicial authorities. The main strategic direction of the company is to enter the international market and create product values ​​of the LIGA 360 Platform for customers from different countries. We are inviting our team of System Analyst (Middle). What needs to be done: decompose business requirements into pre-functional and non-functional requirements; develop TOR, solution architecture, technical specifications; accompany the development of solutions at all stages of the SDLC, from the formalization of requirements to support; analyze problems, communicate with internal customers and developers for their quick solution; analyze existing business processes to identify ways of automation; analyze sources of information supply, study technical documentation of third-party REST APIs; participate in the deployment and testing of the functionality developed within the framework of projects, automation solutions; maintain technical documentation; plan, organize and control the development process. We would be happy to talk to you if you have: 2 years of experience as a system analyst; excellent command of MSOffice, JIRA and Confluence; understanding of technologies and tools related to software development, databases, web services, systems integration. Basic programming skills and understanding of application architecture; understanding of SDLC and basic methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); excellent understanding of JSON, openAPI, HTML, etc. standards, web standards, messaging protocols (REST, WSDL, etc.), as well as the principles of web page parsing methods to obtain structured data; the ability to decompose business requirements into technical tasks for software development; mandatory skills of working with the following data formats: HTML, XML, CSV, JSON, XLSX; skills in working with XPath (XML Path Language)/ Regular expressions/ CSS Selectors/ JPass; basic skills of creating SQL queries for interacting with databases; personal qualities: analytical thinking, self-confidence, ability to defend one's opinion, multitasking, proactivity, responsibility. An additional advantage if: higher education, preferably in the field of information technologies; ability to work with Postman, Solr, Kibana, Rancher, GitLab, Grafana or similar products; English language B1+ level; understanding and experience using tools for data collection, transformation and loading (ETL/ELT).
