We are looking for an experienced System Analyst to join the team of our client from the banking sector. The person in this position will be responsible for close cooperation with the business client and the project team, independent analysis and modeling of business processes, as well as supervision of compliance of implemented projects with the requirements. • Higher technical education, preferably IT
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a business or system analyst in the implementation of IT projects
• Ability to collect, specify and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Knowledge of SQL at a level enabling data analysis
• Knowledge of BPMN notation, < b> UML and CASE tools (e.g. Enterprise Architect)
• Experience in working with agile methodologies (Scrum) and in describing requirements in the form of User Story or Use Case < /li>
• Ability to create technical and training documentation
• Analytical thinking, creativity, good work organization and the ability to work under time pressure
• Experience in working with multifunctional teams and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders

Welcome:

• Experience in working with Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience in designing web applications and working with Oracle or MS SQL Server databases
• Knowledge of issues in the field of leasing, compliance, finance
• Experience in working with the Azure DevOps tool (formerly TFS)
• Experience in designing the architecture of IT systems, taking into account security and performance requirements
• Knowledge of English at a level enabling reading documentation and communication with foreign suppliers
