About the Project:

Raiffeisen Business Online

Implementation of new Internet banking system for LE (web and mobile apps) with extended number of functions and improved better customers experience
Reduce time-to-market for new functions in future
Decrease costs of IT support
Increase of the customers’ security

Requirements

  • 5+ years on similar position, preferably in B2B enterprise segment and/or fin tech domain 
  • Strong communication skills, proactive and leading attitude to your responsibilities and teammates 
  • Readiness to make things done and push progress on your commitments 
  • Value and share of agile principles, focus on customer value and quality 
  • Proven skills in business analysis (requirements elicitation and management, work with stakeholders) 
  • Requirements modelling and specifications (incl. UML, BPMN, CJM, story mapping, use cases / user stories, functional/non-functional requirements, integration requirements) 
  • Planning skills (tasks decomposition, estimation, understanding dependencies, scope management) 
  • Technical skills (SQL and databases, SOAP and REST APIs, system integration, quality attributes) 
  • Understanding of common software engineering practices and SDLC 

Responsibilities

Problem definition / needs analysis 
  • Research in collaboration with UX and marketing team 
  • Solution definition, scope management in collaboration with tech guys, other teams, and business 
  • Requirements analysis and specification 
  • Close collaboration with delivery managers, DEVs / QAs to plan and implement your features 
  • Launch preparation (documentation, demos, presentations, hand off to L1, L2 support) 
  • Conducting pilot and limited releases,feedback aggregation and preparing adjustments 
  • Measure success & performance by tracking metrics 
  • Rollout to entire client base
