System analyst

We are looking for a system analyst to join our team developing a mobile application.

What to do:

1. Project work

• collection and transformation of business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements.
• assessment of the impact of changes on existing systems and processes.
• participation in architecture design and definition of key system components.
• understand the documentation of third-party systems, test API requests.
• preparation and updating of project documentation and interaction schemes between components.
• development of specifications and technical tasks for the development of server software (RestAPI, microservices) and mobile applications (native iOS, Android).

2. Interaction with the development team:

• ensuring development based on requirements and specifications.
• advising developers on technical issues related to functionality and business logic.
• conducting a review and monitoring the fulfillment of requirements at the stages of development and testing.

3. Implementation and operation

• participation in the process of implementation of solutions, including support for integration and launch into industrial operation.
• development of instructions and manuals for users and administrators.

Necessary skills

• work experience in the role of system analyst at least 3 years.
• mastery of the basics of requirements analysis and management, the ability to apply them in practice
• understanding of API communication with client programs
• understanding of the mechanisms and main ways of integration between information systems
• experience in preparing specifications for iOS/Android mobile applications
• understanding of the software development life cycle and project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)

Will be a plus

• experience of working with DBMS
• experience of developing interface prototypes, business process modeling (BPMN, UML)
• experience of working with project documentation management (JIRA , Confluence or similar)
• work in banking

Personal qualities and education:

• higher technical education (information technology, applied mathematics or similar).
• critical thinking.
• the ability to work in a team.
• responsibility, stress resistance, attention to details and result orientation.
