System analyst (1C) in Saltivskiy m’yasokombinat, Firmova torgivlya

In connection with the expansion of the function of a new direction, we are looking for a system analyst.

Your main tasks:

• Analysis and description of the company's business processes (retail, finance, accounting)

• Reconciliation and control of data on POS terminals:

  • analysis of deviations in revenue

  • formation of ORP in case of absence or incorrect variable report

  • control of duplicate checks

  • control of checks "from the future"

• Participation in the processes of automation of the salary unit

• Organization and control of the exchange of documents (PTU / RTU, etc.) between 1C bases of different regions

• Maintenance and updating of directories in 1C:

• Analysis, setting tasks and preparing technical tasks for developers

• Testing changes and improvements in systems

• Creating and administering user access rights in 1C

• Preparing analytical reports and recommendations for business.

Requirements for candidate:

• Experience as a system or business analyst from 1 year

• Experience with 1C / BAS (preferred)

• Understanding of accounting processes (finance, sales, inventory)

• Skills in describing business processes (BPMN will be an advantage)

• Analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Ability to work with large amounts of data

• Communication and ability to interact with different teams.
