System Analyst in Elektronne zdorov'ya

eZdorovya is an IT enterprise responsible for the development and implementation of the largest projects in Ukraine from the electronic health care system eHealth - the reform of medicine. The key task of eZdorovya is to build a stable electronic health care system and create conditions for the development of a free and competitive IT market services in medicine, ensure interaction with the central eHealth database. In connection with the expansion, we are increasing the System Analyst team Duties: 1. Analyze, design and implement information systems. 2. Identify and analyze system problems that arise during interaction with clients, evaluate procedures and processes. 3. Develop solutions to solve problems by considering and evaluating alternative options during the work process.4. Implement developed solutions by preparing specifications and coordinating them with programmers. 5. Confirm the results of program testing and ensure compliance with new technical requirements. 6. Plan the system flow from scratch and write technical requirements. 7. Interact with the software architect, provide assistance to programmers during system development. Necessary skills: 1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics or engineering. 2. SQL/no-SQL database administration experience will be a plus.3. Experience with backend and REST API development.4. Familiarity with various programming languages, operating systems and computer hardware platforms. 5. Understanding of the TCP/IP protocol suite, security architecture, provisioning and hardening of operating systems, networks and databases. 6. Knowledge of incident response and cyber security life cycle.7. Understanding the threats, attack vectors, and vulnerabilities used by attackers.8. Knowledge of the English language at a level that allows you to read technical documentation and descriptions of business processes.
