System Analyst in Sense Bank

You are suitable if you have:

• work experience in a similar position: at least 1 year;
• work experience in a Bank or in an IT company;
• knowledge of the theoretical foundations of business analysis and management of requirements, the ability to apply them in practice;
• possession of skills in the use of modern business analysis tools (CamundaBPM, Visio, Business Studio, Axure, Sigma, Balsamiq, etc.);
• possession of basic process modeling notations (BPMN, UML, IDEF);
• understanding of Client-server and Microservices architecture;
• basic knowledge of SOAP and REST, XML and JSON, Groovy (or Java), SQL;
• personal qualities: attentiveness, the ability to quickly learn and complete tasks, the ability to work with large volumes of information and parallel tasks, proactivity, stress resistance.

It will be a plus:

• experience in the banking sector, FinTech, knowledge of banking processes (in particular, processes related to card products of individuals);
• knowledge of modern management methodologies for the development of information systems (Scrum / Kanban / LeSS / SAFe);
• experience in the implementation / refinement of Core systems.
