We are looking for an experienced system analyst for the development and optimization of information systems, who will join a team that works and shares Agile values.

Your work will be aimed at the development of products and ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of systems.

Future tasks:

• participation in development, implementation and support projects information systems
• analysis of requests for automation from business units within the framework of project implementation
• formalization of functional and non-functional requirements
• development of solution architecture, technical specifications (FSD, use cases, TS), formation of technical specifications for developers
• support of solution development at all stages from formalization of requirements to testing and implementation into productive operation, quality control implemented solutions
• participating in testing
• processing requests for problems in system operation, finding solutions
• writing documentation

We will have a perfect match if you you have:

• Education: complete higher technical education in IT, cyber security, business analysis, development and computer technologies, or economics and finance
• Work experience: Minimum 2-3 years in the role of a system/business analyst, preferably in the banking sector
• Analytical skills: the ability to analyze processes, understand the operation of the system, collect and structure information, identify errors, propose ways of optimization
• Technical skills: understanding the basics of the architecture of information systems, protocols and systems integration interfaces, knowledge of the basics of software testing
• Excellent communication skills: ability to work in a team and interact with other departments of the bank
• Analytical mindset: ability to make strategic decisions based on data analysis and business needs
• Understanding software development processes and stages

It will be a plus:

• knowledge and mastery of SQL is desirable
• the principle of building a relational database
• understanding of database architecture
• knowledge/understanding of ABAP or another programming language
• knowledge and understanding of integration technologies using SOAP, REST, OData
• knowledge of SAP (ERP, BW, AM or other modules) is desirable, ability to understand architecture of information systems
• knowledge of the English language at a level not lower than Pre-Intermediate.
