System Analyst in PrivatBank

Main duties:

• Communication with customers, integrators, associates to clarify detailed requirements and implement them in systems
• Work with data and information: identification of information sources, identification of features, categorization
• Work with business processes: recording of existing processes, analysis of activities, analysis of needs, formation of new processes

• Preparation of requirements for implementation: analysis of needs, analysis of opportunities, preparation and formation of requirements, adjustment of the life cycle of requirements
• Improvement of work processes of the team: adjustment of work with methodologies, creation of templates and artifacts to improve the work process , improving work with the backlog, etc.

Basic requirements:

• Experience in implementing products and services.
• Experience in organizing, implementing tools and methods for product and service development.
• Experience in working with Ivanti, Jira or similar.
• Experience in development, testing, administration (will be an advantage)
• Understanding of SDLC, Scrum, Agile, ITIL/ITSM
• Skills of business analysis and description - processes, models, schemes, identification of needs, problems, formation of relevant cases, stories, etc.
• Understanding of basic data transfer protocols, basics of software integration.
• Skills of design and work with tables, request preparation, ARI
