System analyst in DNIPRO-M, OOO

We are looking for a system analyst to join a team working on optimization and automation of company processes.

Your tasks will include:

• Analysis, optimization of the company's business processes;
• Collection of information from customers, setting tasks developers (own and outsourced);
• Training, support and consultation of users and colleagues;
• Organization of instructions , drawing up documentation;
• Coordination of the company's IT projects.

From you we expect:

• Ability to communicate with users and customers, estimate labor intensity and deadlines of tasks;
• Ability to create working instructions for users;
• Experience in setting tasks for developers;
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Visio especially );
• Ability to work in a team and focus on solving user problems and tasks;
• Experience working as a system administrator analyst in IT from 2 years.
• Mother towork certificate 1C Enterprise 8 (ERP/UNF/UT).

It will be a plus if you:

• Have experience working in IT projects ;
• Own MS Project or any other software for working with projects;
• Able to work with Jira or any other development tracking software;
• Experience in project management;
• Have experience with RestAPI and Postman;
