System analyst in SAGAX LLC

The Sagax Software team is looking for a motivated and energetic Analyst to work with our product and adapt it to the customer's needs and business processes. Our company's activities are aimed at the development and improvement of modern IT solutions for the insurance sector, in particular these products:•Sagacity Digital Platform— a platform to automate the business processes of insurance companies. • Insurance Web Store — a solution for selling insurance contracts online on the company's website. An ideal candidate for our team with: - Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years in companies engaged in software development or IT product support - Understanding of the software development process - life cycle, different approaches and methodologies - Manual testing experience - User technical support experience - High-quality MS Word/Excel skills - Knowledge and understanding of various methods of system integration (Rest, SOAP) - Ability work with Postman - Structured and logical thinking Will be a plus: - Experience in the field of insurance and finance - Experience in working with Jira, Confluence, Notion - Knowledge of the basics of system analysis - Experience in supporting the implementation and adaptation of CRM systems of various types (Creatio, MS Dynamics 365, Zoho, etc.) Main duties:- Effective communication with the client for quick resolution of disagreements and finding compromise solutions- Collection, analysis and assessment of requirements, creation of documentation- Prioritization and setting of tasks, support for development, refinement and independent testing of functionality- Writing user story and of test cases - Setting up the system, supporting users and the operation of the product environment - Training new users to work with the system What to expect from us? - Remote work format - Office in the center (5 minutes from the city center Contract area) - Paid vacation and sick days - Application of best teamwork practices - Health and life insurance programs - Many activities within the company.
