Hello! I'm Sasha - director of IT, development and innovation bodo.
I am looking for an IT specialist (first and second line of technical support, L1/L2) to join our team. A ninja person that no one should notice, but so that employees have everything working, and they do not have to run around with their problems. My sysadmin needs to be proactive.
I know from my own experience that it's hard to tell if your company is your company or not from a standard job description on a job site. Therefore, my description is as long and detailed as possible, I hope you will appreciate it.
Why am I looking for a specialist personally, and not HR? We do not have an HR department at bodo. As leaders, we build our teams and cultivate our corporate culture. All stages of selection are carried out by me. So let's get to know each other!
I am 35 years old and I have been in the bodo team for 14 of them. During this time, under my leadership, the company has gone the way:
- from one physical server to a hybrid infrastructure with more than 50 servers;
- from outsourcing in programming and system administration to full-fledged functions within the company;
- from firefighting to a systems approach in the IT direction.
Now about our requirements for the specialist I am looking for:< /p>
- Be sure to work as a sysadmin (experience from 1 year), and not sell computer equipment or deal with everything: from Photoshopping pictures to refilling cartridges.
- Can eliminate any problem related to a computer: from workplace preparation and access for a new employee to block repair.
- Attentive.
li>- Can assemble a computer in 10 minutes (determine the location of the part and connect with the correct loops).
- If a problem ticket comes in, he does not just fix and forget, but makes changes to others have not had the same crashes.
- No bad habits (including IQOS, glo, one-shots, vapes, etc.).
Will be a plus:
- Experience of working in a company with a fleet of 100 or more machines.
- Administration of user access rights in Active Directory.
- Working with Mikrotik network equipment.
ul>IMPORTANT: Everyone, including me, works in the office full-time. No remote work or hybrid schedule.
What you will do:
- 1st and 2nd line of customer support .
- Install, configure, repair and maintain computer equipment at employees' workplaces.
- Install, configure and maintain network and peripheral equipment.
- Install, configure, debug system and application software on employee workstations.
- Remotely administer employee workstations.
- Keep track of computer hardware, peripherals, and licensed software.
- Administer Windows-based client OSes.
- Aadminister user access rights in Active Directory.
- Configure group policies in Active Directory and automate user work.
- Perform work related to the cable network in the office.
- /ol>
What we have:
- Park of quality equipment, which practically does not break. And this means that there are no hundreds of repeated applications.
- Only block repairs - we send all other breakdowns to service centers.
- We are served by a cartridge filling company, you will not breathe fumes all over the paint.
- Experience: you will be able to get a good base - the right way, not the way it turns out.
- There is a budget for equipment and a replacement fund< /strong> - you will not be in agony to repair something quickly to give it to an employee.
- Time compensation due to freelance situations - the schedule is irregular, for example, when something breaks in the shopping center on the weekend, you need to leave for a point. But then you can take the time spent on weekdays.
- Adequate manager. I am always available for you to come and ask questions. In addition, we will have individual meetings every week.
- Office in the center (Malevicha St., 86H - 5 minutes' walk from Lybidska station).
- Financial stability - official employment from the first day, salary twice a month without delay, 24 days of paid vacation.
- Salary review every year.
- Payment of 50% of expenses for external professional training.
- 30% discount on self-visit experience and as a gift.
- Day off on your birthday if it falls on your working day.< /li>
- Coordinated team - everyone with whom you will have to cooperate are responsible workaholics, and we are also progressive and friendly.
- We have no bureaucracy, decisions are made quickly. Everyone has the right to vote - any idea you have will be heard, and if it is relevant, we will implement it.
- And of course, common sense and a sense of humor. No formality - everyone here is "you".
Stages of recruitment:
- respond to the vacancy, indicate expectations in the cover letter regarding the salary;
- if your resume meets our requirements, we will talk by phone;
- if we find a common language, I will call you at the nearest convenient time to the office for a technical interview;
- if we have a match at the meeting, we will hold an unpaid test day in the near future;
- I will make a decision immediately after the test day or the next day and I will expect the same speed of response from you.
ul>The trial period is 6 months.
If you are interested in my vacancy and are ready to develop with us - respond!
