Functional duties: administer servers, software and hardware complexes of the company, provide and control access to information placed on servers, ensure its preservation (archiving) and, if necessary, recovery from archives, allocate the necessary disk space and monitor its use; if necessary, provide technical support and advice to users of the company's computing equipment within the scope of their competence; perform work on the preparation and commissioning of new server hardware and software complexes; configure software on servers and workstations; keep records of plans and reports, requests for current tasks. Basic requirements: similar work experience of 5 years or more; knowledge of the basic principles of network operation with taking into account TCP/IP; knowledge of PC and server architecture (assembly, diagnostics); understanding of basic processes related to cyber security; knowledge of basic network technologies and protocols (AD, GPO, DHCP, DNS, WSUS, TS/RDS, ThinClient); administration of mail servers (mainly Exchange); experience in backing up/restoring servers, services, data, methodology, understanding recovery processes; experience in working with virtualization systems/hypervisors (ESXi/Hyper-V/Xen/others); experience in managing task plans and working with tickets; experience in troubleshooting, analyzing and searching in logs, audit logs; An advantage will be: experience with CRM, Linux, SEPM; scripting experience in bash/bat/vbs/ps; experience in configuring monitoring systems.
