Job content: Ensuring smooth operation and administration of IT infrastructure. Implementation of new IT systems. Technical support for users. Implementation of service regulations. Maintenance of operational documentation relevance. Development of structured documents (regulations, technological maps, reports, etc.). Requirements: work experience of 2 years or more, higher education. Professional competencies (required): Advanced level of Microsoft administration: MS SQL Knowledge principles of building corporate services based on Microsoft software. In-depth knowledge of client and server OS Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office. Experience in administration of AD, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, terminal services, printing service. Experience in user support and setting up office equipment (computers, phones , printers, scanners). Professional competences (preferred): Experience in administration of SharePoint, Exchange, Project Server, DPM, PKI, Manage Engine, Experience in administration of Unix family OS and WEB servers. Possession of the theory of network construction. Experience in the administration of Cisco equipment. Knowledge of the basic principles of virtual environments. Knowledge of the basics of project activities and ITIL. Basic programming skills. Personal qualities: responsibility, punctuality, the desire for professional development, the ability to independently solve emerging problems, the ability to work in a team.
