Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher technical education (information technologies, computer engineering);
• 2 years of work experience with Windows Server environment;
• Experience of working with IIS 10+ services (site configuration, application pools, bindings, SSL, logging);
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Systematicity, responsibility, readiness for shifts or incident support.
• Understanding the operation of Windows Server (versions 2016 / 2019 / 2022);
• Knowledge of SMB protocols, NTFS access rights, ACL, audit policies;
• Practical experience with Data Deduplication, NTFS junction points, symbolic links;
• Knowledge of PowerShell to automate administrative tasks;
• Basic understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO;
• Experience with monitoring systems (for example, Zabbix, PRTG, Nagios, Windows Admin Center);
• Knowledge of the principles of web applications (ASP.NET);
• Experience in administering IIS ARR (Application Request Routing) or reverse proxy;
• Skills for working with certificates (PKI, Let's Encrypt, internal CA);
• Understanding the principles of backup/restore and storage tiering;
• Attention to details and analytical thinking;
• Knowledge of English at the level of reading technical documentation.

Main tasks:

• Web infrastructure support based on IIS:
  • Deploy, configure, monitor and update websites and web applications.
  • Management of application pools (Application Pools), SSL certificates, site bindings (bindings).
  • Logging settings, performance monitoring, HTTP error troubleshooting (4xx/5xx)
  • IIS configuration optimization for stability, security and performance.
• Administration of file servers (SMB):
  • Settings of shared resources (shares), access rights (NTFS / share permissions).
  • Support of deduplication mechanisms (Data Deduplication).
  • Work with junction points, symbolic links, NTFS-reparse points.
  • Control of storage volumes, data recovery, performance monitoring.
• Ensuring the security of servers:
  • Regular installation of updates (Windows Update, security patches).
  • Control of access to servers, accounting of users and groups, audit of actions.
  • Using Group Policies (GPOs) to standardize settings.
• Monitoring and reporting:
  • Using tools like Performance Monitor, Event Viewer, PowerShell scripts.
  • Keeping documentation on infrastructure, configurations and changes.
  • Preparation of regular reports on the status of servers and storage.
• Participation in infrastructure development:
  • Implementation of new server functions (IIS features, storage management).
  • Aautomation of routine tasks (PowerShell, Task Scheduler).
  • Backup optimization, data recovery testing.
