• Technical education preferred
• Experience as a computer systems engineer, system administrator
• Skills for communicating with users
• Knowledge of PC hardware
• Knowledge of the MS Windows, MS Office and application Software
• Understanding the principles of AD, DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V, CIFS

Responsibilities:

• Technical support of users
• Maintenance of technical documentation
• Configuration and commissioning of computer and peripheral equipment
• Processing of user requests in the Service Desk system< /li>
• Configuration, issuance and accounting of corporate computer equipment
• Network switching for connecting users' workplaces
