- Conduct primary diagnostics and troubleshooting of computer equipment.
Requirements for candidates:
- Higher technical education (information technologies).
- Experience in a similar position (system administrator, service desk, help -desk, 1 line of support)- from 3 years.
- Administration and maintenance of OS Windows servers.
- Knowledge and experience with MS SQL, Oracle DBMS is desirable.
- li>Experience in user support.
- Knowledge and experience with Hyper-v, VMWare will be an added advantage.
