System Administrator (USA) in Unity Transportation

Our team already combines specialists from Ukraine, Europe and the Middle East — and we are looking for an IT professional who will become a key person in our internal system.

This is not just technical support. This is a role where you will build the IT infrastructure of an international business.

What do we offer?

Type work:remote (availability of a modern PC/laptop, high-speed Internet connection, webcam and a separate space for organizing the workplace - simple. Must. Have!)

Employment: full-time (8 working hours per day, 40 working hours per week)

Working schedule: Monday-Friday 15:30 - 00:00.

Formation: Independent Contractor Agreement

Salary: $6/hour - $1056 per month, paid in USD without conversion.

• Connect and set up new employees
• Create and manage corporate accounts
• Set up PCs, access, services, mail, CRM
• Support a team from different countries
• Solve technical problems
• Work with Google Workspace, VoIP, CRM
• Interact with technical support services
• Implement new IT tools for business scaling

This role will suit you if you:

• You have experience as a system administrator or IT specialist (from 1 year)
• You work confidently with Windows / macOS
• You know Google Workspace, CRM, VoIP
• You understand VPN, DNS, mail (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• You are able to independently find and solve problems
• You have experience with Windows Server or Linux - will be significant advantage
• You speak English at the B2+ level (dlI'm in internal communication, without communication with clients)
• You're not afraid to take responsibility
