Functional duties: Maintenance of the software and hardware part of the company's computer network; Installation and maintenance of the software and hardware part of retail outlets (connecting cash registers, cash registers barcode scanners, etc.); Solving problems by phone, if necessary, visits to facilities; Ensuring smooth operation of the LAN and office equipment of the regional office and retail outlets; Administration of Windows and Linux-based workstations; PC settings, troubleshooting, large-nodal repair; Technical support for users, including remote support of the organization's work.
