Your tasks: Technical support of users, processing of applications from company employees; Ensuring the uninterrupted functioning of computer and peripheral equipment, means of communication; Participation in incident management according to one's field of activity; Remote maintenance of a fleet of servers and workstations; Shifting according to the schedule; Implementation of projects to implement new software or improve the use of current software; Possible business trips to launch new branches, less often than once every six months; Working conditions: Clear working schedule: Mon-Fri 9:00 a.m.—6:00 p.m., 1 hour lunch break Additional paid shifts with user support on weekdays and weekends; Paid vacation and sick leave; Opportunity for professional and career growth; Hybrid work format (office\remote); Payment during the trial period — 18,000-20,000 UAH after the end of the trial period (3 months) — up to UAH 22,000-25,000. Installation, configuration at the administrator level; MS SQL server administration experience, 1C 8.3, RDS, AD, Medoc; Experience working with mikrotik network equipment at the diagnostic level; Ability to detect and localize network problems; Skills in writing technical documentation (instructions) for users and colleagues; Scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell) will be an advantage; Personal qualities: Ability to write competently and express one's thoughts clearly, ability to work in a team, willingness to work for results, initiative and responsibility.
