Duties of the candidate: advising clients on incoming requests for the client's IT complex; assistance in solving client IT tasks; IT complex support in stable areas; support for the implementation of new functional schemes; maintenance both in the office and on the territory of clients; Skills: classic skills of the spectrum of administration (from selecting the configuration of a system administrator or laptop to diagnosing and solving problems with software and computer equipment). Requirements for the candidate: Competent speech, attentiveness, communication skills, focus on results. The ability to accompany the given IT task from the stage of its acceptance to the solution.
