Responsibilities: Installation and maintenance of the software and hardware of retail outlets (connection of cash registers, cash registers, barcode scanners, etc.); LAN installation; Solving problems by phone, if necessary, visits to facilities; Ensuring smooth operation of the LAN and office equipment of the regional office and retail outlets; Administration of workstations / servers based on Windows XP / 7/2003 / 2008R2 / 2012; PC settings, troubleshooting, large-nodal repair; Technical support of users, including remote support of the organization's work. Control over the activities of retail outlets, work planning, control of task execution; Requirements: Experience in a retail network for at least 2 years in a similar position; Willingness to learn new technologies and products; Availability of a car (required).
