We are looking for an experiencedsystem administrator for an office in the city of Kharkiv. You will be involved in the implementation of the new Service Desk system, updating the employee onboarding process, developing the supply scheme and setting up equipment worldwide, as well as updating the budgeting and warehouse management process.
Duties:
- Processing incoming requests, consulting users
- Resolving hardware and software issues, providing access, installing, configuring and supporting software
- Supporting and configuring workplaces in Playrix offices and for remote employees
- Maintenance of local office infrastructure
- Accounting of IT equipment movement
- Writing instructions for working with services and software
- Optimization and automation of current processes.
Requirements:< /p>
- Three years of technical support or Service Desk experience
- Excellent knowledge of the architecture of modern PCs and laptops, diagnostic and minor repair skills
- Knowledge of the principles of building and functioning of local and global networks. Experience in the construction and administration of Wi-Fi networks
- Experience in the administration of two operating systems from the list: Windows, Linux, macOS
- Skills in the administration of AD and virtualization systems
- Knowledge and skills in working with system software, its installation and configuration: Git clients, G-Suite, Adobe/Autodesk products, VPN services
- Experience in writing technical documentation and user guides.
Would be an advantage:
- Cisco hardware administration experience, MikroTik;
- Programming skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash) ;
- Experience in budget formation or IT equipment procurement plans;
- Experience in working with equipment accounting systems, conducting equipment inventories.
