We are looking for a "System Administrator" for user technical support (office and network) in our team.

Requirements for the candidate:

• knowledge of Windows 10 OS architecture at the system administrator level
• knowledge basics of construction and operation of server services: AD, DNS, DHCP, DFS, KMS, WSUS, File Server/Print server, VPN;
• knowledge of the basics of construction and operation of network services: DHCP, Proxy, WLC, Hosting and IR telephony.

Would be an advantage:

• basic understanding in the following areas: document flow, the basics of accounting for fixed assets, SMEs and services.

Functional responsibilities:

• support of user applications;
• equipment setup (PC, laptop, smartphone, MFP, PRO, etc.);
• installation and support user software at the user's workplace;
• consultation of users on technical issues;
• remote configuration of hardware and software at the user's workplace, incident resolution and problem support;
• support of SCS and installation of user workstations in the central office;
• maintenance, block repair, replacement of consumables on user equipment;
• consultation and support of the work of employees of outsourcing companies;
• support of applications for video surveillance, visitor counters, communication channels and other services in the area of ​​responsibility of the technical support service;
• testing of new equipment, software and systems within the framework of IT department projects.
