System Administrator Team Lead in QATestLab

We are currently looking for System Administrator Team Leadjoin our team

Responsibilities :

• Management of the IT support department, ensuring effective distribution of work and control over the execution of tasks;
• Definition of task priorities, organization of work teams to achieve goals;
• Managing a team of 6+ employees;
• Optimizing department workflows and implementing DevOps approaches;
• Executing and implementing internal projects and tasks;< /li>
• Management, motivation and team development.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing a team of IT specialists (4+ years), number of subordinates from 6 people;
• Experience in system administration (4+ years), including Linux;
• Experience in supporting external IT servers (for example, AWC, G-Suite, etc.);
• Experience in the configuration of Apache 2, Nginx web servers;
• Experience in working with mysql, postgres only at the level of administrative tasks (backup, data restore, server administration);
• Developed management skills, high level of self-organization;
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (preferred);
• Automation skills and organizations Ci/Cd (Jenkins) (preferred);
• Experience in automation with Ansible (preferred);
