System Administrator / Systems Engineer in Kolomiec V.N.FOP

For our client Miltech, a full-cycle company, we are looking for a System Administrator in the Kyiv office

Responsibilities:

• Setting up and preparing workplaces for new employees (PCs, monitors, peripherals).
• Connecting and servicing office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
• Daily technical support for users in the main office (on three floors) and in remote locations.
• On-site support for remote locations as needed.
• Monitoring of the state of computers and network equipment, failure prevention.
• Participation in the implementation and configuration of new IT services and solutions.
• Maintenance of basic equipment accounts, recording of work performed.
• Quick response to incidents and minimizing downtime for employees.

Requirements:

• Experience with network equipment (Mikrotik, Ubiquiti).
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, macOS operating systems.
• Skills in diagnosing and troubleshooting PCs, laptops and peripherals equipment.

Network skills:

• Setting up network protocols and ensuring stable network operation.
• Access administration and information security.
• Organizational skills:
• Maintaining technical documentation and equipment inventory.
• Purchase planning and management IT resources.

The advantage will be:

• Experience and skills in working with cloud services (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
