System administrator / System administrator in HRTEAM

We are a new development company that implements large-scale projects in the field of residential real estate. The first objects have already been successfully launched, and we continue to actively develop.

We are now looking for a system administrator who will help create and maintain a reliable IT infrastructure of our company.

Location: Panas Myrny 24A

Main responsibilities

Building IT infrastructure from scratch:

• Network planning, Wi-Fi, Internet.
• Setting up servers, routers, workstations and backup.

Setting up workplaces:

• Installing the OS and necessary software.
• Connecting peripherals - printers, scanners, shared folders.

Cloud services and mail:

• Configuring corporate mail (Google Workspace / Microsoft 365).
• Integration of cloud tools (Drive, SharePoint, Slack etc.).

Security:

• Implementation of cyber security policies, access control.
• Configuring VPN, antivirus, two-factor authentication.

Team support (up to 12 people):

• Technical assistance, software updates, system monitoring.

Documentation:

• Accounting of equipment, licenses, accesses.

Will be an advantage

• Experience in starting an office or IT system from scratch.

• Ability to effectively manage the budget for IT solutions.

• Experience integrating Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.

• Basic understanding of CRM/ERP systems (Bitrix24, Zoho, Odoo).
