System administrator (support engineer) in Smart Solutions

The company - a large retailer has opened a vacancy System administrator / support engineer (PIM, other systems)< br style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400"/>2nd line of support

Duties:
• Setting up the system for the company's business processes
• Consultative user support
• Interaction with the development department at the level of writing system modification tasks, monitoring deadlines and quality of execution
• Writing documentation for system users
• Participation in the implementation projects of the PIMCore system, other systems
• Work in a team in accordance with the project management methodology adopted in the company
• Reporting on completed work
• Studying the system to understand the general purpose of the system and the functionality used by the company and the client

Requirements:
• Education – completed higher technical education or economic education
• Responsibility, sociability, initiative, diligence, the ability to quickly master new areas of knowledge, focus on results and teamwork
• Experience working with MDM/PIM systems as a user or implementation consultant
• Experience in building business processes in a new or existing system
• User training and presentation experience
• Ability to structure information and systematize information
• Volequipped with public speaking skills, responsibility, sociability, initiative, diligence, the ability to quickly master new areas of knowledge, result-oriented and teamwork, stress resistance, attention to detail
• English at the Intermediate level and above
