Project information: We invite Strong Junior / Middle Support Administrator to join our HelpDesk Team to expand and scale the project. Main tasks: - Support of computer users computers, printers and provided equipment (in the ticket system, via chat and phone, etc.); - Carrying out planned work on process optimization; - Basic configuration of network equipment (routers, switches). Important for us: - Experience working with Windows 10, Linux (Ubuntu), MacOS, Android/IOS devices; - Experience working with remote support tools; - Good understanding of network protocols and services; - Experience with Active Directory, virtualization systems, monitoring tools (Zabbix, etc.), configuration of HP network equipment - will be an advantage.
