System administrator, 1 support line specialist in VIG Services Ukraine

Do you want your working day to be spent not on papers, but on real tasks - setting something up, assembling, running, figuring out why it doesn't work - and making it work? Then this vacancy is just what you need.

What you will do:

• Support company users - you will help solve technical issues with computers, peripherals and software security;

• You will install and configure Windows, drivers, office programs;

• You will connect BFP, network devices, peripherals;

• You will work with remote users via TeamViewer and other tools;

• You will keep records of equipment - register its movement between users;

• You will analyze and prevent technical problems so that everything works stably.

What we expect from you:

• Knowledge of OS Windows: installation, configuration, optimization;

• Ability to connect and configure office equipment;

• Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, archivers, etc.;

• Understanding the principles of local networks and remote access (TeamViewer);

• Willingness to quickly learn new things and develop in the IT direction.

Working day:

Mon-Fri, 8:30-17:30, in the office.
