System Administrator (Senior) in Next Level

Friends, we are currently looking for a Senior System Administrator, who will help us strengthen our technical team and organize the smooth operation of all company departments< br/>
Main duties:

• Organization of effective IT infrastructure support work
• Participation in the strategic planning and implementation of the company's IT systems development
• Participation in the development of IT business -processes, as well as architectural IT solutions (business systems and infrastructure)
• Managing IT automation projects business processes, implementation and development of the company's IT systems
• IT risk management, support and expansion of security solutions (VPN , firewalls, etc.)
• Ensuring uninterrupted operation of the IT infrastructure at the server level and its technological renewal and development.
• User Support
• LAN/WAN development, expansion and support; routing and switching will be a plus

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher technical education
• From 2 years of experience in administration and support of server systems and programs based on them (Windows, Linux)
• Experience in installation and administration of virtualized solutions (VMware, ProxMox, HyperV)
• Experience with network monitoring tools and VoIP systems.
• Experience in Active Directory administration, Windows Server
• Experience in administration of Unix family OS and WEB servers
• Understanding of different backup types and experience using enterprise-class backup tools
• In-depth knowledge of MS Office programs (MS Access, VBA macros)
• Knowledge of the English language is equal to B1
• High level of self-organization
