System Administrator (Provide 2nd level of IT support) English spoken in EBS

The EBS company is looking for an IT specialist for its client, the companyNOVO NORDISK.< /span>

Novo Nordisk — an international medical company founded in 1923, headquartered near Copenhagen, Denmark. 

The office in Kyiv is located next to the Zvirinetska metro station.

For almost 100 years, the company has been developing innovative medicines that meet the needs of people with serious chronic diseases. 

Methods of treatment today help millions of people suffering from diabetes, obesity and rare diseases of the blood and endocrine system.

Responsibilities:

• records, delivery and receipt of SIM cards, special requests from users, accounting procedures)
• Maintenance of office printers
• Maintenance of all office equipment
• Ensure that all support requests are resolved and attended to in the shortest possible time
• Provide 2nd level IT support for incidents and problems with software, network, hardware, telephony, etc.
• Provision of IT training, induction training and IT security briefings when necessary
• Procurement, replacement and maintenance of IT equipment in accordance with NN standards and policies
• Participate in the budget process, effectively manage the budget and perform REA/plan analysis
• Negotiate with vendors and ensure proper document flow
• How primary responsible person for all IT equipment, ensure proper accounting, tracking and maintenance of all equipment in accordance with local law and NN procedures
• Conduct annual and ad hoc inventories of IT equipment and support the inventory process of other NN UA assets on on an annual basis
• Management of the process of assessment and disposal of IT equipment in case of wear and tear
• Management of cooperation with the mobile operator and related services (activation/deactivation of accounts ( server, office access control system, mini PBX, PBX, etc.)

Requirements:

• Be communicative and responsible, and also have a desire to help your colleagues
• Fluent oral and written communication in Ukrainian and English.
• From 2-3 years of work experience in the field of IT support in international or large companies.
• Higher education in IT/Computer Science or related discipline, or an internationally recognized certificate of higher education in IT
• Relevant service management program (certification according to the ITIL standard).
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
