We are looking for a versatile IT specialist to support the infrastructure of stores and the office. The role combines technical support of cash register equipment, network and server administration, as well as user support and interaction with contractors.

Essential Responsibilities

1. Cash register software and equipment support (POS Support):

• Diagnostics and solving problems with cash register software

• Working with MS SQL databases Software.

2. User and hardware support:

• User support .

• Equipment preparation

3. Network and server administration:

• Network equipment administrationCisco Meraki

  Administration of servers in the Cloud and Local (Windows OS)">4. Cyber Security and Administration:

  • Control of security scores (Security Scores) for devices, cloud OS and cash registers.

  • Monitoring of vulnerabilities.

  • Administrative work: communication with IT service providers

  ?? Necessary skills and tools (Hard Skills)

  • Databases: Confident mastery the ability to write queries, to work with stored procedures.

  • style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none"> Understanding of TCP/IP principles, experience with network equipment (preferablyMeraki), interaction with ISP.

  • OS and software: Windows, AD (Active Directory), WorkspaceOne.

  • Security: Understanding the principles of IAM (Identity Access Management)

  • Administration: Experience with 1C, Medoc, Vchasno

  • Experience with AWS and Hyper-v cloud services

  • Experience with fiscal equipment

   Personal qualities

  • Troubleshooting skills.

  • Communicability: you need to communicate a lot with store staff, accounting and external vendors.

  • Responsibility: control of critical updates and financial reporting.

  • English B2 (oral and written)
