We are currently looking for aproactive and communicative< /strong>System Administrator, which will strengthen the team technical support of Genesis Lviv office. The team works on technical support for businesses of the Genesis holding ecosystem. You will be directly responsible for supporting one of the ecosystem companies, namely Universe Group.

You will have the following tasks:

Administration of Google Workspace, Slack, Okta.
• Technical support of employees in office.
• Diagnosis and repair of equipment, interaction with contractors.
• Technical support for events.
• Setting up video and audio equipment for online events.
• Implementation of turnkey infrastructure solutions.

We expect you to have:

• From 1 year of commercial experience in the role of Technical Support Specialist, L1 Technical Support Engineer or System Administrator.
• Experience in the administration of MacOS, Linux, Windows operating systems.
• Understanding the basics of network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, FIreWall, VPN, Proxy, VLAN) and principles of operation of WiFi networks and the 802 standard.
• Experience in setting up video surveillance/printers/office equipment.
• Experience with Google Workspace and Slack.
• Confidence in multitasking.
• Ability to identify and work with employee requests.
