1. Technical skills
- MikroTik RouterOS
- Configuring Firewall, NAT, DHCP, VPN, QoS
- Routing: Static, OSPF, BGP
- Working with Winbox and CLI
- Ubuntu Server / Linux
- Configuring network services: DNS, DHCP, NTP, SSH
- Managing users, access rights, logs
- Automation via Bash or Python
- IPsec VPN
- Building tunnels between MikroTik, Linux, pfSense
- Knowledge of IKEv1/IKEv2, ESP, AH
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Network security and segmentation
- VLAN, ACL, Port Isolation
- Protection against DoS/DDoS, traffic filtering
- Monitoring and logging
- Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, syslog
- Performance and incident analysis
2. Desired additional knowledge
- Docker or other automation tools
