Ensure the continuous and uninterrupted operation of all company cloud software systems, including critical operational and business platforms.Employee onboarding and offboarding. Facilitate the onboarding process by setting up necessary cloud services and software for new employees, and manage the offboarding process to ensure secure and comprehensive removal of access for departing employees.Data security and access control. Oversee and maintain strict control over data security protocols, including managing access rights to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive information.System administration and customization. Administer key web services such as Google Workspace, Zoho Products, and Atlassian Products, tailoring configurations and settings to meet the specific workflow requirements and preferences of company employees.AI integration. Implement and integrate AI tools to streamline and enhance business operations, reducing manual tasks and improving efficiency.Continuous service improvement. Proactively explore and evaluate new web services and technologies that could enhance operational efficiency and user experience. Recommend and implement solutions that align with business goals.Develop user guides. Create detailed, user-friendly guides and documentation for end-users to help them effectively navigate and utilize company systems and software.Technical support and problem resolution. Provide prompt and effective technical support for all cloud services, resolving issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.Training and support. Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to employees to ensure they are well-versed in the use of company cloud platforms and software.Documentation and compliance. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all cloud service configurations, setups, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.Collaboration and feedback. Work closely with other IT professionals and department heads to gather feedback and ensure the cloud services meet the evolving needs of the business.RequirementsMinimum of four years’ experience in system administration, specifically in managing cloud-based environments within a tech-focused organization.Advanced knowledge of and experience with cloud services such as Google Workspace, Atlassian products, and Zoho products.
