Future tasks:

• Support of external services (external business applications provided for use by the group):
• Participation in the development and technical documentation support
• Consolidation and support of information on access and authority procedures,
• Consolidation and support of information on settings and mechanisms of integration of external services with other systems/services;
• Implementation of IT management processes
• Ensuring recovery, analytics and resolution of incidents
• Participation in development projects and use of services;
• Participation in training and providing advice to employees of other departments

• Complete higher technical/engineering education;
• Work experience: 2 years in the field of: information technologies, cloud technologies, support of information systems, system administration;
