We are looking for a System Administrator / Incident Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining a state-of-the-art email delivery platform serving thousands of customers worldwide. You will work closely with DevOps, Development and Customer Success departments, playing a critical role in connecting the dots between the early stages of new product creation to their actual delivery and continuous support and improvement. Candidate qualifications/experience: Experience (2+ years) in Linux OS administration and development (Ubuntu, CentOS) Experience with Docker virtualization Experience writing Bash scripts to automate day-to-day work Experience in administration and management of various databases (SQL, Redis) Work experience withRoute53 DNS Working understanding of Incident Management processes Experience administering monitoring systems Ability to create and implement best-in-class technical documentation, processes and procedures Solution-oriented thinking, strong problem-solving skills Your Responsibilities: Build and support Monitoring Systems around the product and services Implementation of increasingly advanced solutions High Availability, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity (Backup) Ensuring timely receipt and response to incidents Providing internal assistance to other departments of the company within the framework of the technical support service Identifying problems with system stability and performance.
