System administrator, L2 support in MARSHALL GROUP

MARSHALL GROUP is a food company with a wide network of retail outlets and a modern infrastructure that requires stable technical support. Due to staff expansion, we are looking for a qualified System Administrator, L2 support to work in our office in Odesa.

Responsibilities:

• Administration of servers: control, configuration, monitoring.

• Analysis of logs, network connections, technical failures.

• Configuration network infrastructure: switch, routers, VPN, remote access.

• User support, but with a focus on complex technical issues.

• Installation, configuration and updating of software, drivers, services.

• Backup copy and control of data integrity.

• Maintenance of trading equipment and systems video surveillance.

• Visits to facilities for technical work when L1 is not enough.

Requirements:

• Experience at L2 level or solid skills in advanced technical diagnostics.

• Understanding server OS, network protocols, basic principles cyber security.

• Experience with commercial equipment and CCTV is an advantage.

• Ability to quickly navigate complex incidents and find solutions.

• Responsibility, independence, initiative.

• Willingness to travel; auto is a plus.
