Main tasks: Ensuring reliable and uninterrupted operation of the IT infrastructure; Administration and support of virtualization systems (Microsoft Hyper-V, VMWare vSphere); Administration of the Active Directory catalog service, Microsoft SQL database and RDS terminal farm; Administration of Microsoft 365 services (Office 365 EMS); Technical support of server equipment and data storage systems; Administration of backup systems (Microsoft DPM, Veeam Backup & Replication); Administration of a complex system protection; Administration and configuration of network equipment. Interaction with users as a second line of support. Work in the Service Desk system. Maintenance of technical documentation. Practical experience in configuring and administering a Microsoft Hyper virtual network -V, VMWare vSphere, installation, configuration and administration of Windows Server 2003-2019, Windows XP-10, administration of network equipment, backup processes, management of IP telephony systems, video surveillance systems, mail services based on MS Exchange Online, with monitoring systems, Service Desk .Experience in technical user support.
