L1 system administrator in Smart Solutions

Company Smart Solutions is an international provider of HR services and business process outsourcing services, which has been present for more than 15 years in such countries as: Ukraine, Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan.

We are looking for a System Administrator L1 /IT Engineer L1.

What will need to be done:

• Ensuring reliable and smooth operation of the IT infrastructure;
• Administration and support of virtualization systems (Microsoft Hyper-V, VMWare vSphere);
• Administration of the Active Directory directory service, Microsoft SQL DBMS and terminal RDS farms;
• Administration of Microsoft 365 services (Office 365 EMS);
• Technical support of server equipment and data storage systems;
• Administration of backup systems (Microsoft DPM, Veeam Backup&Replication);
• Administration of a comprehensive protection system;
• Administration and configuration of network equipment;
• Configuration and support of IT systems of the customer

Requirements:

• Work experience from 1st year;
• Configuration and administration of Windows operating systems;
• PC configuration and maintenance;
• Work in the Service Desk system;
• Technical support users;
• Maintenance of technical documentation;
• English proficiency will be an advantage.
