System administrator (Kyiv/Remotely) in NOVIS TREYD, TOV

The company "24/7, a network of gas stations in Ukraine" is looking for a responsible and communicative IT technical support specialist / system administrator!

System administrator, work remotely
Work schedule: 1 working day, two weekends

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and processing customer inquiries (phone, e-mail, online chat).
• Diagnosing and solving technical problems of users.
• Installing, configuring and updating software/hardware.
• Providing advice and instructions on using company products.
• Interaction with other departments to solve complex incidents.
• Reporting on completed tasks.

Requirements:

• Experience in a technical support position or in a related field from 1 year (preferred).
• Knowledge of operating systems Windows, Linux (basic level), mobile platforms.
• Understanding the principles of network operation (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS).
• Ability to quickly find and eliminate faults.
• Communication, stress resistance, responsibility.
• Desire to learn and develop in the field of IT.
• Knowledge of the English language at the level of reading technical documentation.
