Responsibilities: Administration and monitoring of the existing IVR system Technical support of the IVR system 24/7 Performing administrative work in the system (elimination of errors ) in the field of IT/TelecomKnowledge of interaction of the IVR system with other systems (such as billing, network Telecom equipment)Knowledge of HTTPS, SOAP, REST, JDBC/ODBC, SSH, SIP, CAP2 protocols; the ability to perform tracing and trace analysis will be an advantage. The ability to read / describe UML diagrams of the interaction of network elements. Basic knowledge of the structure (architecture) of GSM / GPRS, LTE networks, as well as the principles of interaction of subsystems and network elements. Basic knowledge and skills of Linux system and container administration: start/stop/restart services, monitoring performance and processes, changing basic settings, analyzing log files Basic knowledge and skills in using the SQL, PL/SQL language Experience in documenting system settings Skills and abilities in business communication, sharing information with colleagues, setting work priorities Proficiency in English at a level no lower than intermediate.
