System administrator/IT Support Specialist in QATestLab

QATestLab is an international provider of independent testing services with over 20 years of experience in providing QA support to companies from a variety of industries. We provide services for manual and automated testing of web applications, desktop, mobile and cloud applications.

We invite you to join our System Administrator team in Khmelnytskyi

We expect you to:

• have 0.5 years of experience as a system administrator/technical support;
• have the skills to administer workstations based on Windows 10/11;
• have experience in supporting users and managing their access to corporate services;
• have basic knowledge of Linux Server, Active Directory and VPN administration; you understand the principles of managing accounts and groups in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365;
• you have experience in keeping an inventory of equipment, peripherals, licenses and digital assets;
• you write scripts necessary to automate routine tasks;
• you know English at the level of reading technical documentation.

The basics responsibilities:

• technical support for users: consultations, elimination of access problems, hardware and software failures, training in working with new software and equipment;
• processing of applications in the ticket system: reception, classification, prioritization and execution control;
• management of corporate accounts and authorization;
• support of office infrastructure and equipment;
• creation and updating of technical documentation, process optimization;
• participation in IT infrastructure development projects;
• automation of routine tasks, writing scripts.
