System administrator (IT Support) in It Serve / Klimchuk V.V., FOP

The company "IT Serve" is looking for a qualified System Administrator to provide IT support to our customers. We specialize in providing IT outsourcing services to companies from various business sectors (B2B). Our clients are companies with a fleet of equipment from 10 to 150 workplaces. In connection with the development of the business, we are looking for an IT specialist to join our team. Main duties: To provide technical support for users remotely and on trips to clients (as needed). We perform 90% of tasks remotely. Provide technical support and problem solving to clients in the IT sector; Administration of Windows-based workstations; Installation and configuration of operating systems and applications remotely and in the client's territory (requirements); Installation and configuration of organizational equipment, PCs, network equipment (candles, routers, WiFi, etc.) ;Identifying and solving network and security problems;Management of users, access rights and data protection;Administration of Google Workspace, Office 365 and other mail services.Requirements:Experience of working as a system administrator from 2 years, experience of working with an outsourcing company will be a plus;Experience of working with contractors, organizations, Internet providers, Binotel, Ringostat and others. Knowledge of Windows 7, 10, 11 operating systems at the administrator level. Knowledge of basic network technologies and protocols (DHCP, DNS, POP3, IMAP, SMTP); Experience in setting up network equipment (routers, access points, switches), experience in switching network and telephone equipment, practical experience with Mikrotik, Ubiquiti will be a plus; Experience in working with video surveillance systems will be a plus. Administration of Microsoft servers (2012, 2016, 2019), AD, GPO, DNS, RDP, RemoteApp; Ability to detect and troubleshoot system malfunctions; Ability to work with tools remote administration; Experience of working with 1C, Medok, bank client, Liga, setting up mail clients; Responsibility, sociability, ability to work in a team, ability to communicate, listen to people and their needs.
