Knowledge and experience that our candidate should possess:
Higher education;
Basic command of English;
Basic analytical and troubleshooting skills with workstations and network;

Main responsibilities:
Support for end-user devices (procurement, secure storage, issuance to users, record keeping, inventory management);
Support and support of workplaces;
Conference hall support;
Help in managing the IT infrastructure of the enterprise (Internet service and WAN, WiFi, fiber optic lines, LAN, IT inventory, printer management, UPS management, access control system , TVs);
User and VIP support (device troubleshooting, user request service);
Interaction with IT providers services (purchasing, checking accounts, document exchange, budget compliance);
Interaction with Service Desk and IT service center.
